An end-to-end authentication system we designed and built from scratch. Every VandaVee piece ships with an embedded NFC chip. When tapped, it opens a registration link where the client enters their details, then receives a personalised Letter of Authentication (LOA) by branded email, while the record is stored securely in a custom backend, creating a verified, traceable certificate of provenance for every piece.

We designed and built it end to end: digital trade certificates (Commissioning, HIU, M&E, plumbing), on-site reports with photos and signatures, branded PDF reports, fast job search and multi-user crews, plus the Maintivo.com site and full App Store launch across 35 territories.
